Rob Payne
Biographical Info I have been studying Martial arts since August, 1980. I started with Okinawa Kenpo, and a few years later, I switched to American Freestyle Karate. I met Mr. Joe Lewis in 1986, and attended numerous seminars with him over the years. I tested under him in March 1998, for my 2nd dan. I have studied many different styles over the years, and obtained a 4th dan under Bill Superfoot Wallace. I am planning to test soon for my 4th Dan under the JLFS. I am also a Retired Law Enforcement Officer. (30 yrs. of Service) I am currently helping to head up the Under belt curriculum with Mr. Craig Smith.
