We shall rename this one – “Watch Joe Teach More in 30 Minutes than most Academies Teach in a Year.” Lol. Second time watching this one and planning to sit back down with it with notebook in hand and bag on standby. May take a few more replies and much more time in the gym but certainly look forward to implenting these concepts. I already practice countering after evasive maneuvers but his take always elevates even the most basic points of combat training. Awesome video. Thank you again for sharing!
LaTrica, even after 39 years of following Joe Lewis’s teaching I get something new each time I re-watch his training videos. This is great material for a teacher.
Really it is and I can see how even the replays keep you learning again and again!
🙂
